LAMINATION GUM – MAX

Our product BOPP-MAX, a Print (Wet) Lamination Adhesives a versatile High-Quality Adhesive having a brilliant shine and good bonding which is suitable for coating by roller applicators on Films like BOPP, PVC and Polyester to bond with different types of Papers and Boards. The adhesive is very smooth to give good coverage, even coating and good drying properties. They are specially developed Terpolymer dispersions recommended for use as an excellent Laminating Resin for printed paper to films such as B.O.P.P., Polyester, PVC, etc. The product has a medium viscosity of 3000 to 6000 cps suitable for machine Lamination. It is fully compatible on High speed machines. The special quality of this product which scores over the type of laminating dispersion is its excellent Redispersibility property.

MAX grade consists of high content of Solid to get better result for any type of lamination job.

APPLICATION :-
  • High quality versatile product lamination adhesive for bopp, met pet and polyester films On board, paper etc printed with metallic, gold and silver inks with good bonding and Shine. For corrugated, flute and powder jobs
  • Wet lamination of printed paper, board etc with films such as bopp, pvc and polyester, Metallic foils etc.
  • High coverage and good bonding.
FEATURES :-

  • Continuous flow property to enable fine even spread of adhesive.
  • Good fusion bonding: film peels off with ink of paper
  • Corrugation can be done on laminated board
  • Matt bopp lamination can be done.
  • Exhibits good gloss on the laminated substrate
  • No wrinkling is formed after the lamination.
  • The laminated paper has good flexibility, and the film does not crack on folding
  • Does not affect the colours on printed paper especially of black, red, and other dark colours.
  • Works excellent with metalized films also.
  • Does not contain any phthalate plasticizers as per export norms.
  • The laminated sheets withstand extreme low and high ambient temperatures.
  • Passes ageing test at 70 deg.c in oven for 72 hrs without any change in form, shine, or Bonding.
  • Storage : Store in tightly closed containers at 10-30°C, away from direct heat, dust, sunlight moisture and frost. The product has a shelf life of upto six months if stored in ideal conditions. The product contains adequate amounts of preservatives to ward off attacks by micro organisms during transportation.
  • Food Grade Standards : The ingredients used in these adhesives are as per the compositional requirements of US F & DA Regulation Chapter 21 Para 175 105
  • PACKING : 200 / 50 Kgs Open Top HDPE Drums with Liners
  • Application Method : The adhesive is applied on films by means of rollers in any standard wet laminating machine.
  • Note : When the Machine is kept idle for a period ranging from 15 to 20 mins., it need not be cleaned on Rollers and the fresh adhesive can be further poured into the tray for doing the Lamination and the dried polymer if at all forms on roller gets well dispersed again with the wet emulsion.
